• Acupuncture treatment: $75

Insurance

• We file most PPO plans, Florida Blue, Cigna, Aetna, Worker's Compensation, and State Farm car accident insurance. Any insurance we receive is retained by this office.
• If they cover 20% of the full billing we will then reduce your future payment by $10. If it goes to deductible your payment will remain the same until the deductible is met.
